Quotes & agreeing the job

The scope, price, access arrangements, waste removal and proposed timing are agreed directly with JP before work starts. A visit or more information may be needed before a quote can be given. Any change to the agreed work or price should be discussed with you first.

Weather & access

Garden work depends on safe weather and access. Please mention access restrictions or known hazards when discussing the job. If arrangements need to change, JP will discuss a suitable alternative with you.

Changes & cancellations

Please contact JP as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a visit. Any job-specific cancellation or payment terms must be provided and agreed before booking. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation rights that apply to your booking.
